We're a local, family-run home-buying company right here in Middle Tennessee. We buy houses directly from homeowners for cash, in any condition and in just about any situation. We're not a national brand running ads with a stock-photo family. We're the people who show up, look at your house, and hand you a real number.

I'm Eddie Pietschmann. I'm not a franchise or a call center, I'm a local guy who buys houses with my business partner, more than 150 of them so far. If you call, you get me, and you'll get an honest opinion about your options even if selling to us isn't the right one.

Why we do it this way

A lot of the people who call us are going through something hard. A foreclosure sale date, a death in the family, a divorce, a rental they're tired of, or a house they just can't keep up with anymore. We've sat across the table from enough homeowners to know that the number matters, but being treated straight matters just as much.
